This luxury townhome is at the end of a drive with no through traffic. It is the last of a group of townhomes. The location is very quiet and peaceful. It is nestled between the 17th and 18th hole of the Cardinal Golf Course of the Diamondhead Country Club. The townhouse is located on Highpoint drive in the city of Diamondhead, MS. The townhome is in a quiet, secluded area of the golf course. This community is located off of I-10 West in Hancock County. This home is a perfect Diamondhead location for working remotely. It is also a short drive to the surrounding localities including Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Pass Christian, Delisle, New Orleans, Chalmette and other Gulf Coast communities. Property has many luxury amenities including 2 pools, tennis courts, golf courses, golf/tennis shop, walking trails, and the Diamondhead Country Club (2 restaurants). Guests are allotted two parking spaces in front of the townhome. The townhome has two bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has an electric cooktop, oven, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, and cook utensils. Tenant will have access to the interior and exterior of the home. We have an owner's closet that is locked for storage of linens and supplies for upkeep of the home. There is also a locked exterior storage closet on the left side of the front porch that is for yard tools.
